I purchased the ACOG TSX copy and a 3x convert (side Flip) from you at
the gun show in Delmar Saturday.
Mounted the units on my M4, Tested yesterday and today, worked great,
with rezero within 1 MOA on the ACOG.
Was hitting popper targets at 400 m easy without the magnifier. Have it
mounted to cowitness with my flip up sights. Awesome combo.

I was able to get 3 round hits at 50 meters offhand in 2 seconds......

I wanted to write you a note about your products and service and offer if you wish to post this

as I think it is very important for others to know.

Dear Steve,

First I'd like to thank you for offering quality products, secondly I'd really like to thank you for your

outstanding level of product support and customer service. About 2 years ago I purchased an 8-32 Mil dot

tactical scope from you at the Crossroads Gun show in Phoenix. I took tons of grief from friends

about buying optics at a gun show, especially from a non-name brand company. Once I took them out

of the box and mounted them for a shoot, many of those smack talkers were quietly surprised about the

clarity and quality of the optics. A couple have saved some $ and bought your products now as well!

After firing several thousand rounds under semi and sometimes full auto (yes sniper rifles can rock & roll full auto style)

I noticed that the parrralax fell out of adjustment. This can happen on any set of optics as it has happened on

another leupold $1500 set of optics that I had to send back to them TWICE. Steve offered to replace mine

NOT REPAIR, BUT REPLACE my optics free of charge under his offer of a Lifetime warranty,

all I had to do was ship them back. Since Steve is local to the Phoenix area I asked if I could

swap them out at the last Mesa show and he was more than accommodating.

Steve is a great business owner and a true friend to shooters as he understands the customer

base and really strives to provide a quality product at a great price with outstanding service.

I have bought a few other smaller pieces from Steve recently and had the same great luck.

You can spend hundreds and thousands on optics and be very happy, you can also spend a

couple hundred from a guy like Steve and be completely satisfied and IF something does

happen to go bad, you'll be very happy you are not dealing with an operator or call center

warranty tech who will take sometimes 3 months to repair your optics!

The laser shortly after purchase quit working and you sent me a warranty return address. I was stunned when you not only returned it to me within 1 to 2 days after receiving it, but you returned a new unit to me, no questions, no hassle.

Being in customer service myself, and seeing all the attempts of people to get things way beyond what they pay for, I know good (bad) service for what it is (and isn't).
